screening sizes

The MISU screening range is from 20mm<80mm.
Our standard screening spacings are:

Due to the intermeshing rotor blades; all rotor assembly spacing of each unit must be of the same spacing measurement.

All standard MISU Screening buckets come with 25mm spaced side rakes. These can be replaced if requested with 50mm side rakes which allow a greater flow through effect of material

Unlike other manufacturers our excavator units are designed specifically for excavators and are not interchangable. I.e. When in their screening position all internal walls are completely vertical providing considerably less opportunity for wetter material to attach themselves to the side walls causing a reduced flow through of material.
